Dura Seal

Permanent, Rapid Curing Instant Leak Sealer

3X:Chemistry Dura Seal is an instant leak sealer and coating that adheres to most substrates. Dura Seal features a superior, fast setting, rapid curing spray on elastomer with UV resistance that provides a flexible - no crack, no peel - coating that is paintable and long-lasting. Once cured, it will help prevent rust and corrosion and its anti-fungal formula stops mold and mildew growth.

Dura Seal is ideal for either general maintenance or emergency repairs on roofs, drip pans, swamp coolers, cooling towers, gutters, downspouts, flashing, PVC drainage pipe, ductwork, pipes, hoses and more. Dura Seal provides up to 5 years of protection and withstands extreme temperatures of -30°F to 200°F without cracking and pealing. The elastomer coating remains flexible after drying with elongation up to 500%. Allowing it to accommodate substrate movement, including shifting, expansion and contraction.

Instructions

Surface must be clean and dry prior to application. Remove cap. Shake can well for 60 seconds after agitator ball rattles. Hold can 6 to 8 inches away from surface to be repaired. Apply in short even strokes until thoroughly coated. Allow surface to dry for 15 minutes before use. Additional applications can be made to repair larger areas. Cleanup with paint thinner or mineral spirits. After use, can should be turned upside down and sprayed to remove material from spray tip before storing. This will keep tip free of buildup.
