Application

General Cleaning. AC3 can also be used as a general cleaner for application by hand or trigger sprayer. Wearing nitrile or rubber gloves, apply with sponge or soft pad. Allow solution to penetrate for 5 to 10 minutes until deposits are loosened. Rinse well with clean water. Apply to an inconspicuous area to test for colorfastness.

Deck Cleaning: AC3 will clean and remove stains from algae, mold and mildew, or other non-public health organisms. *

*Product does not control mold, mildew, fungus or algae, only removes stains.

Power Washer Cleaning. Wearing nitrile or rubber gloves, spray AC3 directly on the surface or stain. Allow solution to penetrate for 5 to 10 minutes until deposits are loosened. Rinse well with power washer using clean water.
